This labeling system is designed for high-speed, continuous labeling of beer bottles with zero downtime. It features two servo-driven applicators that handle round containers at speed exceeding 200 bottles per minute. It is also suitable for other round beverage containers, such as water and juice products.
With dual label applicators to ensure continuous, zero-downtime operation. The system automatically switches from one applicator to another and notifies the operator to load a new label roll – without interruption production.
